Drake at the Verizon Center
Drake will bring his “Would You Like A Tour?” to the Verizon Center on Halloween night. Joining Drake on the bill will be two other music heavyweights, Miguel and Future. Each artist is responsible for a lot of hits on urban radio these days so it should be a good show. Drakes new album, “Nothing Was The Same” hits stores on September 24.

We Came As Romans at the Fillmore Silver Spring
Lately, We Came As Romans have been very busy. After spending the summer at “punk rocks summer camp”, a.k.a. Van’s Warped Tour, the band will be hitting the road again this fall for their “Tracing Back Roots Tour” in support of their new album of the same name. One of the bands stops on the tour will be at the Fillmore in Silver Spring, MD on Tuesday, October 29. Joining the band on tour will be Silverstein, Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!, the Color Morale, and DangerKids. All tickets for the show are $20.00 and seating is general admission.

The Naked and Famous at the 9:30 Club
New Zealand’s own The Naked and Famous has already sold out their first scheduled performance at the 9:30 Club for Sunday, October 6, but a second performance has been added for Monday, October 7. The band has been making a lot of noise with sold out shows in their home country, the UK, and now the United States. Also, the band has been taking the stage at some of the largest musical festivals in the world including Glastonbury, SXSW, and Lollapolooza. The band will be joined on the bill by The Colorist. Tickets for the event are $35.00.
