After a sold-out stretch of shows at the 9:30 Club, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals returned to the metro area and made a stop at Baltimore’s Rams Head Live on Saturday, February 2 for the first of two shows. On this night, the show was sold-out much like most of the groups tour dates over the past six months.
The Vermont based rock band is no stranger to touring. For those who are just becoming familiar with Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, the band has been touring heavily for the past 11 years. Heavily meaning 200 plus shows per year. Their most recent album The Lion the Beast the Beat is their sixth album, and some say their best yet. And the band has some of the coolest merchandise around.
The group did not disappoint this night at Rams Head Live. Like the seasoned pros that they are, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals gave it their all in classic rock star fashion by leaving it all on the stage.
In addition, an added bonus, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals play the best pre-show music. Classic soul at its best.
