The Lionel Lyles Quintet (LLQ) was formed in Baltimore, Maryland in the year 2000. While still in college at Morgan State University, the band gained more and more acclaim for “their creativity and courage”. The band has had various band members over the years, but that has not stopped them from providing quality jazz to the many audiences that they have performed for throughout the states. The band is available for weddings, studio work, private events, tour dates and fellowship.
Their most recent performance at Club 347 was before a capacity crowd.
