The MSP Polar Bear Plunge is an annual event in which “plungers” raise money and take a dip into the ice cold water of the Chesapeake Bay in support of Special Olympics Maryland. More than 12,000 people took the plunge this year helping to raise 2.1 millions dollars for Special Olympics Maryland.
